ABOUT MARK

I believe the best wedding photographs are created when you're completely immersed in your day, spending time with the people you love while I quietly capture every genuine moment as it unfolds.

My role isn't simply to take photographs—it's to help you enjoy your wedding day knowing every important memory is being beautifully documented.

My Hobbies

When I am not at a Wedding, I love to be out in the fells on a hike with my little Micky (Miniature Poodle).  Heading out for a sunset in the Lake District and maybe a Wild Camp in the mountains ready to capture the sunrise the following day.  I also love to travel and a place that is very special to me is Seychelles Islands in the Indian Ocean.  This is where I got married back in 2009 and we have been travelling there every year since!

My Background...

My wedding photography journey began in Seychelles back in 2009, where I photographed my very first wedding. I later lived there for five years, married my wife there, and today it's still a huge part of my life and photography.

My Approach...

I believe the best wedding photographs come from real moments, not staged ones.

From the moment you book, I'll work closely with you throughout the planning process to make sure everything feels relaxed and effortless. Whether it's helping you plan your timeline, offering advice on the best light for your portraits, or simply answering questions along the way, I'm here to make your photography one less thing to worry about.

On your wedding day, I want you to spend your time enjoying every moment with the people you love—not thinking about the camera. I'll quietly document the day as it naturally unfolds, capturing genuine smiles, laughter and all the little moments that often go unnoticed.

When it comes to your couple portraits, there's no awkward posing or forced smiles. I'll gently guide you into natural, comfortable moments, giving you just enough direction to help you relax while creating beautiful photographs that still feel like you.

Alongside the natural storytelling, I also love creating a handful of creative portraits that you'll be proud to display in your home for years to come. These are carefully planned around your day, using beautiful light and stunning locations without taking you away from your guests for long.

By the end of the day, my hope is that you'll feel as though you had someone by your side who cared about making your wedding experience as enjoyable as the photographs themselves.
