  • Started 17 Jul 2021
  • 95 British pounds
  • Blea Tarn, Lake District National Park

Service Description

If you are interested in Landscape photography in the Lake District National Park and you would like to know about how to use manual mode to maximise your photography and get creative then this workshop is for you. I have been hiking around the Lake District with my camera for years and we can plan to go to some of the best photography locations in the Lake District. Here I will go through the following topics with you; - How to chose the composition - What to look for in the landscape to help you get the best composition - How to look for the good light in the landscape and how to read what you see - I will go through all the different settings you can have in your camera and what effect this would have on your photos. - We can even go through all the different filters that you can use and what is best for Landscape Photography. After this, you will know how your camera absorbs the information in the scene and translates this into your photos. Once you understand this it will click and you will hit the ground running. From this point it is then up to you to get in the right place at the right time to catch the good light.
