My obsession with photography started back when I left school in 1997 and couldn't wait to be 17 when I could learn to drive and head off out exploring. Now in my 40th year, I still love photography, travel, and adventure. Heading off out on a wild camp in the Lake District or in the Scottish mountains is where I feel at home.
My Wedding Photography Journey
After getting married in 2009 to my wife Liza I started to do some weddings for family and friends as and when asked as well as running two businesses. This continued up to 2018 when I decided to take the plunge and go into wedding photography full time.
Since then I have been working with The Guild of Professional Photographers and became a fully qualified professional photographer in March 2021.
I have also achieved Images of the Month five times so far this year which I am super proud of. You can see the awarded images below.
I am now working closely with various wedding venues throughout, Lancashire.
I am also very proud to have been invited onto a Styled Shoot at Simply Fields Wedding & Events in Hurstwood, Lancashire. This is such an amazing, unique wedding venue that is certainly worth taking a look at.

What I get up to in my spare time
The above photo was taken close to the summit of Great Gable in the Lake District looking out over towards Scafell and Scafell Pike.
I have a Miniature Poodle called Micky and he loves being out in the fells and mountains. Check out some of these photos of Micky...
